All of us have been hugely affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, whether it’s been financially, physically or mentally, it has had a huge impact on us all. Throughout this time the most important thing has been the safety and well-being of ourselves and the people around us. We must continue to keep this in mind moving forward.


Although I already had strong hygiene practices in place, I now have a better understanding of the current situation. My priority is to keep myself and my clients as safe as possible, and prior to re-opening my business I have implemented a number of changes to ensure this. During the time I have been closed, I have completed several Health and Safety courses relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) one of these being The Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, the UK Trade body for our industry. I have since made a number of changes in the way that I operate that you will notice on your next visit.

When booking an appointment, you will now be required to fill out a Covid-19 Consent form. This form will be sent out to you two days prior to your appointment and will be used solely for track and trace purposes if necessary, failure to complete the form will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit not refunded.


I will also be sending out a copy of my Covid-19 Infection Prevention and Control Policy to each client when making a booking, its important that you read this document thoroughly before attending your appointment so you are aware of the changes being made to my business.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine. I will continue to take advice from the Government and NHS regarding safe practice will amend them as necessary.
